JEJEUNOSITY Kids’ Size Guide
How to choose the right size for your child, from XS to JM.
Choosing the right size for children’s clothing can be confusing, especially when shopping from a brand based in another country.
At JEJEUNOSITY, we use our own size system based mainly on a combination of age and height. While age can be helpful as a general reference, we recommend checking your child’s actual height first whenever possible.
Children of the same age can vary significantly in height and build, so height is usually the more reliable starting point.
JEJEUNOSITY Size Chart

The actual fit may vary depending on the design, fabric, silhouette, and intended styling of each garment.
Height Is More Important Than Age
Age is useful, but it should not be the only factor when choosing children’s clothing.
For example, two five-year-olds may have very different heights and body proportions. One child may be close to 100cm tall, while another may already be over 110cm.
That is why we recommend measuring your child’s actual height and comparing it with the size chart before ordering.
If your child is five years old and already close to 115cm tall, size L may be a better starting point than choosing solely based on the age range.
How to Measure Your Child’s Height

You do not need any special equipment.
Have your child stand barefoot with their back against a wall, keeping their feet flat on the floor.
Mark the top of their head lightly on the wall and measure from the floor to the mark.
That number gives you a much more useful reference than age alone.
What If My Child Is Between Two Sizes?
This depends on the garment.
For oversized tops, sweatshirts, jackets, and overalls, there is often more flexibility in fit.
For more fitted pieces, shorter silhouettes, or garments with less stretch, checking the individual product measurements becomes more important.
In general, if your child is between two sizes and you prefer a relaxed fit or want more room for growth, choosing the larger size may be the better option.
However, we do not recommend sizing up automatically for every item.
Some JEJEUNOSITY pieces are intentionally designed with generous proportions, so a larger size may change the intended silhouette.
Fit Is Part of the Design

At JEJEUNOSITY, fit is not only about whether a garment technically fits the body.
It is part of the design itself.
Some pieces are intentionally loose and relaxed. Others may have a shorter length, wider body, dropped shoulder, or oversized shape.
Overalls, bloomers, sweatshirts, and outerwear may each fit very differently even when they carry the same size label.
That is why we recommend looking at both the general size chart and the measurements listed on each individual product page.
A Note for International Customers
Sizing systems can look very different depending on the country or brand.
US and European children’s clothing often uses age ranges or height measurements directly, while Korean brands may use letter sizes, numbered sizes, or a combination of age and height.
At JEJEUNOSITY, our XS–JM system is designed to make it easier to choose based on the child’s approximate age and height.
Rather than trying to convert directly from a US, UK, EU, or Japanese size, we recommend starting with your child’s height.
It is usually the simplest and most accurate reference.
Final Tip
When choosing children’s clothing, think of the size chart as a starting point rather than an absolute rule.
Check your child’s height first, then consider the shape and intended fit of the garment.
And if you are deciding between two sizes, take a look at the individual product measurements before making your final choice.
A good fit is not always the smallest size that fits.
Sometimes it is the size that gives the garment the shape, movement, and character it was designed to have.
